Terms of Service.

1. Who we are & acceptance

The Kariant platform — kariant.app and its associated subdomains and brand domains (together, the "Platform") — is operated by Krishna Pandit (sole proprietor), doing business as Kariant ("Kariant", "we", "us"), with an office at 14th Floor, Cowrks, Tower 5, Candor Techspace, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Kariant is an AI-native B2B platform for discovering, evaluating, and managing software, AI tools, and professional services. Buyers browse and compare listings and use AI assistance; partners publish listings and use growth, CRM, and analytics tools. AI outputs are recommendations grounded in Platform data — final decisions, and the consequences of acting on them, remain yours.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information. One Kariant account works across Platform surfaces; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure (manage sign-in security at hq.kariant.app). We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or the acceptable-use rules below.

4. Koins & Kash (platform economy)

• • Koins are a closed-loop platform credit (referenced at 1 Koin = US$1) used for metered AI usage, Boost, advertising, and other Platform features. ("Sikka" is a legacy, India-only display label for the same Koins balance, shown in INR.)
• • Koins are not money, deposits, or e-money; they carry no interest, are not redeemable for cash except where a specific program expressly provides a Kash payout, and are non-transferable outside Platform features that explicitly allow it.
• • Kash is a program credit arising only from specific programs (for example the partner fee-back guarantee or cashback). Kash does not itself confer any right to a cash payout; a payout is available only where and when the applicable program is expressly enabled, subject to verification and processing checks, as stated in the applicable program terms and the Refund Policy.
• • Purchases of Koins are final except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law. Taxes on purchases are handled at payment time by our payment processors.

5. Partner listings & content

Partners are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their listings, events, forum posts, and other content. Listing fees are one-time for a lifetime listing; Rewards listings are free, and additional listing slots are billed at the rates published on the partner pricing page. The early-partner fee-back guarantee (100% back as Kash at one year) is governed by the published conditions on the same page and the partner agreement accepted in the console. Organic leads and traffic are free; Koins are billed only for AI-generated and Boost/advertising-driven engagement, as published on the pricing page. Kariant may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or breaches these Terms.

6. Intellectual property & your data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit; you grant Kariant the license needed to operate the Platform (hosting, display, indexing, AI grounding of your own listings). Kariant and its licensors own the Platform, its software, and its marks. Outputs generated for you through the AI assistants may be used by you; your listing content and leads are not used to train external models. Sub-processors we rely on are published at /partner/trust/subprocessors.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kariant disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Platform in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period or INR 10,000. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to first raise the issue with us (Section 10) and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes are announced on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
