You may cancel your Kariant subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@kariant.app. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless you qualify under the refund eligibility criteria below.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Full refunds are issued for qualifying requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal where no material usage has occurred. Pro-rata refunds may be issued at Kariant's discretion for annual subscriptions when cancellation occurs more than 7 days into the billing period but substantial unused time remains. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rata refunds.
To request a refund, send an email to billing@kariant.app with:
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Kariant will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
