1. Data Sovereignty

Kariant is built on the principle of data sovereignty. Unlike legacy discovery platforms, we never sell your personal data, and your individual browsing behavior is never exposed to vendors. When you deliberately contact a partner (a demo, quote, or inquiry you initiate), that request goes to the partner you chose; partners otherwise see only aggregated, in-platform intent signals that do not identify you. Every interaction you have with the Kariant platform and our Agent network is yours to keep, export, or purge at any moment.

2. Intelligence Isolation

Our AI features operate in a secure API environment. Data processed by your AI assistants is stored within your private organization layer. Neither Kariant nor other users can access the data and prompts you process.

3. Rights & Accountability

Under applicable data protection law — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and where they apply to you, GDPR, CCPA, and APPI — you have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing.

4. Retention & Processors

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after account closure, except where law requires longer retention (for example, payment and tax records). System logs are purged on a rotating 30-day security cycle. Cookie preferences are managed via the consent banner and the Cookie Policy.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure and payment sub-processors, published and kept current at /partner/trust/subprocessors.
