Regulatory Basis

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000, Kariant has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints from users regarding content, privacy, and platform-related disputes.

Response Timeline

• Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint
• Resolution: Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint
• If additional time is required, the complainant will be informed of the reason for the delay and the expected timeline

How to File a Complaint

To file a complaint, send an email to the Grievance Officer at the address above with the following information:

• Your full name and contact information
• A clear description of the complaint or grievance
• Relevant URLs, screenshots, or supporting evidence
• The specific relief or action you are requesting

Scope of Complaints

The Grievance Officer addresses complaints related to: objectionable or unlawful content hosted on the platform, violations of privacy or data protection, disputes between users and the platform, intellectual property infringement claims, and any other matter arising from the use of Kariant that falls within the scope of the IT Rules 2021.
