Know which balance and permissions apply.

  • Step 1: Bring — The current account, billing account and recorded balance types.
  • Step 2: Explore — Open the available Kashflow account view and inspect its balances, activity and applicable restrictions.
  • Step 3: Review — The billing context for an action, not a new grant or guaranteed available credit.

  • Distinguish purchased, earned and restricted grant balances where shown.
  • A display currency, reward preview or public example is not a credited balance.

If the balance cannot load or looks inconsistent, check its recorded activity and contact support rather than treating an error as zero funds.
